BUSINESS OWNERS' OFFICE ENTRANCE CLEANED UP IN GARDEN CITY

In downtown Garden City, the beautiful Miller Building needed a little TLC after some pesky pigeons had been doing what pesky pigeons do. Also, the Southwest Kansas wind had blown various things into this area and there was a few leftover materials after some recent renovation to the inside of the building as well. The owner of this building called SWKS Power Washing Services and needed the rear entrance, where his clients enter their offices, power washed and cleaned of all bird droppings, bird feathers, dirt, mold, construction materials, etc. so his clients would have a clean and sterilized entry to their offices. We blew out all the debris to begin with, then applied a sterilizing solution to kill all bacteria and organics. We followed that up with a 190 degree wash of entire the area. We also power washed all the sidewalks of this building using a surface cleaner and hot water. This included polishing the bricks on the edge of the walkway to the entire building.
